From 1941 to 1944 Ulgint was a deputy in the Albanian Parliament and under the German regime served a3 a member of the Council of Regents. After the Cerran withirawal Uloind was sought by the Communists and fled to Hontenegro ir. 1944, where he was hidden by faithful followers until Tite, after his break with the Cominforr, requested his cooperation. He is considered to be a loyal Albanian, and consequently not on good terms with Gant Kryesiu. 30 There are no indications to bear out the suggestion that the comnittees reported to be headed by Sokoli and Ulqini are connected with the BKTI.
